The Michigan Department Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), Bureau of Community and Health Systems (BCHS), issued an order of summary suspension and notice of intent to revoke the license of a St. Joseph County adult foster care family home licensee, Shoheli Talukder, 59296 Noah Lake Road, Three Rivers, Michigan. This action resulted from a recent investigation of a complaint of the adult foster care family home.
