Bellevue’s Highland Village apartment complex preserved as affordable housing

The King County Housing Authority has reached an agreement with local builder Intracorp to preserve the Highland Village apartment complex as affordable housing. The unprecedented agreement allows the 76 apartments to remain permanently as affordable housing. Intracorp had submitted plans to redevelop the property to build 87 new, for sale townhomes
