The New York Power Authority will host on Wednesday a first responders training at the Niagara Power Project. NYPA security and staff will work with the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department Emergency Response Team on this exercise, which will run from 5-10 p.m. and involve deputies in full tactical gear and SWAT vehicles
