The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems (BCHS) issued an order of summary suspension and notice of intent to revoke the license of a Washtenaw County adult foster care large group home licensee, Fairfax Manor Health Care Associates, Inc., Fairfax Manor IV, #AL810244190, 1900 Prospect Road, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48198. This action resulted from a recent investigation of a complaint of the adult foster care large group home.
