Man Pleads No Contest in Death of Transient Outside Fast Food Restaurant

A homeless man pleaded no contest today to voluntary manslaughter for the death of another transient outside a fast food restaurant in downtown Los Angeles last year, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced.
