U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) announced the Northern West Virginia Center for Independent Living will receive a $300,000 Fair Housing Initiatives Program (FHIP) grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Northern West Virginia Center for Independent Living is an advocacy resource center for people with disabilities and the communities in which they live.
