HPD, ENTERPRISE COMMUNITY LOAN FUND, AND ASIAN AMERICANS FOR EQUALITY ANNOUNCE $2.2 MILLION SUSTAINABLE REHABILITATION OF AFFORDABLE HOMES IN CHINATOWN

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), Enterprise Community Loan Fund, Inc. (ECLF), and Asian Americans for Equality (AAFE) today announced a deal to upgrade and preserve the affordability of 81 Madison Street, a 20-unit apartment building in Chinatown. The rehabilitation will include energy efficient features made possible by one of the first loans through HPD’s new Green Housing Preservation Program
