PHFA has released a Request for Proposals soliciting applications from organizations for projects and programs to improve the availability and affordability of housing across the Commonwealth. The RFP will use funding made available through a portion of the Realty Transfer Tax (RTT), and organizations from across the state are encouraged to apply.
