RIBLE TO INTRODUCE LEGISLATION PRESERVING ESTATE TAX CUT

Assemblyman Dave Rible, the Republican conference leader, plans to introduce a constitutional amendment Thursday prohibiting a repeal of the estate-tax cut after it is fully phased-out on Jan. 1, 2018.
