HPD COMMISSIONER BEEN AND HDC PRESIDENT ENDERLIN ANNOUNCE APPLICATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED FOR A NEW HOUSING LOTTERY FOR MORE THAN 100 AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS IN GREENPOINT, BROOKLYN

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) Commissioner Vicki Been and New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) President Eric Enderlin today announced the opening of the Housing Connect lottery for 102 affordable apartments at Five Blue Slip in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. This 100 percent affordable development was financed through the City’s Extremely Low & Low Income Affordability (ELLA) Program and Inclusionary Housing programs.
