New York State, Rochester’s Cornerstone Group and Local Partners Celebrate Groundbreaking for $11.8 Million Affordable Housing Development in Monroe County

New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) and the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) joined Rochester’s Cornerstone Group, Lifetime Housing Development Corporation and local partners to celebrate the groundbreaking for the $11.8 million Frances Apartments in the Town of Sweden, Monroe County. When completed in 2017, the 56-unit affordable housing development will offer affordable housing for low-income individuals and residential based services for residents with developmental disabilities
