Sen. Murray on New Federal Help for Homeless Veterans: “A Step Toward Fulfilling Our Nation’s Promise”

U.S. Senator Patty Murray (D-WA), a senior member of both the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee and the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development, announced a new round of vouchers to help homeless veterans access stable housing and supportive services. Communities across the state, from Seattle to Walla Walla, will receive a total of 205 new housing vouchers that will be distributed among the recipient housing authorities to help veterans
