U.S. Representative Gus Bilirakis (FL-12) took to the House floor today to support a flooding relief provision in the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (WIIN Act). The WIIN Act promotes public-private partnerships for dredging projects, helping the Army Corps successfully finish them at lower costs and paving the way for completing the Anclote River Dredging project in Tarpon Springs.
