Landmark California Drought Relief Legislation Heads to Senat

U.S. Representative Ed Royce (R-Fullerton) voted for S. 612, the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation (WIIN) Act, legislation to alleviate water shortages in California. The landmark compromise is the result of negotiations between California House Republicans and U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and will now be considered in the U.S. Senate.
