Rep. McNerney Statement on the Confirmation of Scott Pruitt as EPA Administrator

Congressman Jerry McNerney issued the following statement in response to the Senate confirmation of Scott Pruitt as Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. “Any doubt that Mr. Trump would keep his promises to protect the environment were put to an end when he nominated Mr. Pruitt to head the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
