Congressman John Moolenaar co-sponsored legislation introduced in House of Representatives by Congressman Jack Bergman to authorize construction of a new lock at the Soo Locks. Congressman Moolenaar and Congressman Bergman are working on the issue and they recently wrote an op-ed calling for Congress to fund construction of a new lock.
