As of the February 6, 2017 application deadline, KHRC had received nine applications for HOME Rental Development funds, and nineteen applications for the National Housing Trust Fund (HTF). Deferred-payment loans from these two Federal programs will assist in the development of affordable rental housing for low income Kansas families and individuals. HTF funds will serve extremely low-income individuals and families.
