Reps. Pascrell and Tiberi Introduce Bipartisan Bill to Protect Patient Access to Home Infusion Services

Congressmen Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ) and Pat Tiberi (R-OH), members of the House Ways and Means Committee, introduced the Medicare Part B Home Infusion Services Temporary Transitional Payment Act. This bipartisan bill creates a new transitional payment structure for providers of home infusion services before policies signed into law in the 21st Century Cures Act take effect in 2021.
