Reps. Tiberi and Pascrell Introduce Bill to Protect Patient Access to Home Infusion Services

Ways and Means Health Subcommittee Chairman Pat Tiberi (R-OH) and Congressman Bill Pascrell (D-NJ) introduced the Medicare Part B Home Infusion Services Temporary Transitional Payment Act. This bill creates a new transitional payment structure for providers of home infusion services before policies signed into law in the 21st Century Cures Act take effect in 2021.
