Secretary Davin Tours Historic Buildings in Northwest Philadelphia, Discusses Importance of Historic Building Preservation for Community Development

Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Secretary Dennis Davin, hosted by Rep. Stephen Kinsey, toured four of the 16 historic houses, destinations, and museums in northwest Philadelphia, and discussed the role of historic building preservation in community development.
