Congressman Tom Reed announced that C-S Canal Hydro, LLC, in Waterloo, New York, is the recipient of a Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency grant for $99,500 for the purchase and installation of a trash rake at a Hydroelectric facility.
