The City of New Orleans issued an update on the status and path forward for the French Quarter Infrastructure Improvement Project (FQIIP) which began on April 24, 2017. Due to significant rain delays, unforeseen site conditions and budget, the City has determined that it will take a phased approach to complete the project.
