U.S. Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand today announced $99,500 in federal funding for the Village of Waterloo in Seneca County. The funding was allocated through the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Rural Business Development Grant program.
