HUD CHARGES PENNSYLVANIA LANDLORDS WITH DISCRIMINATION AFTER POSTING ONLINE ANTI-FAMILY CLASSIFIED AD

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced today that it is charging the owners and operators of two apartment buildings in Altoona, Pennsylvania with violating the Fair Housing Act by posting online classified ads that discriminate against families with children.
