City of Norfolk and the Norfolk Homeless Consortium Announce Reduction in Homelessness
NORFOLK, VA - March 24, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- The City of Norfolk is pleased to announce that homelessness in Norfolk has decreased by 4% from January 2010 to January 2011. Mayor Paul D. Guidelines established for disabled veterans real property tax relief program
