Topeka, KS - October 15, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) -- Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) has awarded $3.8 million in funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) to build affordable, energy efficient rental housing in Wamego and Bird City.
