New-Home Sales Decline in June from Upwardly Revised May Pace

WASHINGTON, D.C. – July 25, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Sales of newly built, single-family homes slowed 8.4 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 350,000 units in June following an upwardly revised, strong pace in the previous month, according to figures released today by HUD and the U.S. Census Bureau.
