Rep. Kaptur Calls For Compromise To Fully Address Nation’s Energy & Water Needs

Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-OH) delivered opening remarks to the House Committee on Rules last night, calling for a budget compromise that will end harmful sequester cuts that neglect critical projects.
