Donnelly and Hoeven Reintroduce Bill to Help Prevent Long Delays to Energy Projects Like Keystone XL

U.S. Senators Joe Donnelly (D-IN) and John Hoeven (R-ND) today reintroduced their legislation, the North American Energy Infrastructure Act, which would help prevent lengthy delays to important energy infrastructure projects like the Keystone XL pipeline.
