HIAWATHA, KS - November 22, 2010 - (RealEstateRama) -- Downtown Hiawatha is home to a beautiful, new senior living center made possible by the federal Housing Tax Credit Program. The historic rehab converted two vacant buildings, a former grocery store and adjacent café, into ten units of much needed affordable and accessible rental housing.
