CALABASAS, CA - April 15, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- Jay Rubin and Marc Spellman, principals at Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, Inc., transacted a 12,200-square-foot lease that will bring a new Intensive Modulated Radiation Therapy facility to Warner Center, CA. Rubin and Spellman represented the landlord, L.
