Lee & Associates Kansas City has announced that Russell Pearson, CCIM, formerly a director with the firm, has been promoted to principal. Pearson, who joined Lee & Associates’ Kansas City office in 2008, specializes in industrial brokerage and has negotiated numerous key deals for the firm in and around the Kansas City metro area. In his tenure with Lee, Pearson has been involved in a wide array of industrial transactions, earning numerous accolades, including being named a CoStar Power Broker in 2012.
